The publicity requirements and link to the funding of the project “River Information Service on the Ukrainian section of the Danube” under the European Union Connecting Europe Facilities (CEF) programme are set out in Section 17 of the Grant Agreement, as set out below.

Any report, brochure or other documentation related to the CEF-funded project must acknowledge the EU support and contain the EU flag and information about the EU funding. Any publicly disclosed material related to the Project, in addition to the Project logo (including media relations, conferences, seminars, information materials such as brochures, leaflets, posters, presentations, etc., in electronic form, via traditional or social media, etc.) must include the following:

The following rules apply in accordance with the Grant Agreement:

• The logo must remain clear and distinct and cannot be modified by adding other visual signs, brands or text;

• Apart from the logo, no other visual identifier or logo may be used to emphasize EU support;

• If the logo is displayed in association with other logos (e.g. beneficiaries or sponsors), it must be displayed as prominently as the other logos.
